Let it soak in penetrating oil for a couple of days.
Real penetrating oil, not WD-40, etc.
If that doesn't get try heat.
Beware if you torque too hard you can break the wing welded on the nut that keeps it from spinning. If the wing breaks off you're up that well known creek as there is no way to get a wrench in there to hold the nut.

Been soakin it with PB Blaster for a couple days, I finaly got it..went and borrowed the neighbors 3/4 in impact, electric at that and it took it off right now..I noticed it had blue locktight on it.I didnt put any back on though. Now Im Off to get her alined thanks for the replys ron 01 06 92 93 94 all Dodge diesels
