Time for a new track bar?

Time for a new track bar?
Steering has gotten a lot sloppier all of the sudden (last 500 miles). Can feel a "klunk" in the front through the steering wheel when stepping on the go pedal uphill. Occasional "klunk" feeling when stepping on brakes downhill. Track bar has a little wiggle in it, but not as much as I expected. It's bleeding grease out the edges, too.
Just wanted to verify. Track bar repair time, or is it something else? 18K on the truck, got Darrin's DSS & dual Skyjacker steering dampeners & quad KYB's. I do drive in the dirt & rocks.
If it's the track bar, then Luke's Link, DTT track bar, or wait for Darrin Tessiers' '03 track bar to '02 and back bracket adapter?

Since you have Skyjacker steering stabilizers, do you have Skyjacker control arms?
I was experiencing a "thunk", grabbed onto each control arm and wiggled.
3 were fine, passenger side lower was loose.
Took it back to the place that installed it today, and they tightened everything up and the "thunk" is gone.
Worth a shot.
