Throwing Code P-0304

Engine light came on with this code thrown on Work's V-10 Dually. Any help?

Cylinder #4 misfire. I don't know much about the V-10. I suspect an injector.

if it's a ford v10 check the ignition coil for that cylinder. sometimes the spark starts jumping past the boot on the plug.....
