Thread Bolt size for Turbo housing?

Hey guys, not super bad help emergency, but I lost the bolt in the front back flange from my ATS manifold to my HTB2. Does anybody have an idea of wether or not this is a bolt and nut or just a bolt that goes into a threaded hole?

Right now I have to keep my AC on recirc or just keep it off and if I romp on it hard enough the holes in the back of my cowl hood look really cool as they disperse the smoke from under the hood, the only problem..... IT IS MAKING A HUGE MESS UNDER THE HOOD!

My stocker has studs screwed into the exhaust manifold w/nuts on the lower holes of the turbo mounting flange and bolts & nuts on the upper.
