rough idle, feels like is missing a cylinder

04.5 cummins ho

no codes. at idle she seems really rough like is missing a cylinder. he says when hes coming to a stop sometimes it just wants to keep running and he says he almost has to shift it to neutral sometimes just to slow down normally. 90,000 km's on the engine (it was changed once already a while back)

were thinking nozzles? injectors? ideas? and how can we prove it.

found the problem. he sucked up some water and actually cut the nozzles with the water he sucked up. just like a water cutter. its pretty crazy to look at.
