replaced Lift pump and IP and no turbo now?

Take a look at the wiring- maybe something got unplugged or a cable damaged when swapping the pumps.
Remove air intake hose and try to spin the turbo with your fingers- look for play and scuffing of the intake housing.
The MAP sensor is close to the fuel filter in the cyl. head- a big one which will take a 32mm deep socket to remove. (could also be the culprit)
