I have a 2004.5 Ram 2500 with 4.10, 4x4 and that is how much I get per mileage, between 11 and 11.5 miles. I did change the fuel filter and air filter without success. I took it to the dealer for a check up and they could not find anything wrong (no codes at all). Sorry I can not give you better news. And yes I do use the Power Service when I filled my gas tank.

well i am definatly getting rid of my 4.10's asap as i don't pull that heavy of a load very far my in-laws get up to 22mpg empty with theirs but it is 2wd howevery they pull a 35ft. fithwheel camper all day long at 15 to 18 mpg. a farmer here gets 17 with his oo' with 3.55's and an aftermarket airfilter \ no muffler. his idles more than anyone i know of as well so i guess i was hopeing for about 15mpg

my '99 (auto trans) gets from 17.5 - 20.0, depending on the blend (#1, #2) and how I'm driving. The previous post of low FP is a good place to start - and one that should NOT be neglected, the IP is pretty $pendy!
If the FP is good...try running the air intake route, boots in / out of the intercooler...
..does it make good power?
