not starting well

Hello there recently having problems with my 98 dodge 24 valve not starting wery well. Lift pump and injection pump is good (newer) and was running and starting fine. Now for some reason (not all the time) I have problems seems sort of like its loosing its prime. Its odd though you wait a few moments and then it starts just fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Look for cracked fuel lines where they come out of the tank, and anywhere they bend. I have seen a few second gens with cracked fuel lines at the top of the tank.

Will it turn over and not fire?

yes most times its after it is warmed up this happens. It starts first thing in the morning no problem, and again in the afternoon. But if i use it inbetween It for some reason does not fire right up. Turns over fine (Two new batteries clean cable connections) It just doesnt fire up. If it dont fire up right away i dont just keep cranking and cranking like lots do. I wait a wee bit and try again and sometimes (depending on how it feels it fires right up scecond time sometimes though its four or five maybe even six goes. I origignally thought it was a fuel issue but am not so sure right now.

If it fires cold, then it's not the fuel lines. More than likely the circuit board on the VP...

Look at this link...
