NO rear braking after caliper replacement
A friend of mine with a late 2001 second gen just replaced the rear calipers on the truck. He suspected them dragging because of brake smell after a trip. Heat on ONE rim verified that. New calipers were installed because they are original anyway. After 20 times of bleeding them at the bleeders and lines into the ABS motor?? We still have NO rear braking. I have fluid to the calipers. I know nothing about the ABS system itself and I suspect that or the distribution valve. . What do you guys think is the primary cause.. thanx, crossy

The distribution valve may have shifted to block the rear due to the way you bled the brakes. How are you bleeding the brakes? In most cases gravity bleeding is all that is needed and will get all of the air out of the system just fine.
Now that you have no rear brakes, to reset the distribution valve you will probably need to bleed the front brakes. Do this by having someone step on the pedal while someone else cracks the bleeder screw sharply, so the fluid runs out fast. This should shift the valve in the distribution block forward, if it can move freely (moisture and corrosion in the brake system can prevent free movement of the valve). Do it once, see if the rear brakes work, then do it again if necessary.
