NO POWER HELP needed fast

I have a 1993 1 ton dually 2wd. The truck runs fine but has no power. The gas pedal seems to have changed and I think this is the main reason for no power. I can press down on the gas pedal fairly easy until 3/4 throttle then it gets really hard to press down. Seems to have a little more power after 3/4 throttle but is really hard to "stay in it" for a long period of time. I have a new lift pump and the injection pump has been rebuilt in the past (2 years ago?) I have checked all the turbo boots. My boost gauge will still hit 25lbs if I stand on it. Seems the boost is lower over all though??? During low rpm the boost seems to not come on as quick. All of this may have nothing to do with having no power, just things I have recently noticed. I have changed the fuel filter and air filter. I've been thinking of "turning up the pump" but have no pyro gauge. Where is a good place to get one? Or an "A" pillar 3 gauge set (Trans, Pyro, and boost). I have to tow 10,000lbs in 3 days. Thanks for all your fast help.

Also I've obviously thought about selling this truck if anyone is interested. It has a utility bed and 145,000 miles. $6500??????????

At the risk of being obvious, did you check the accelerato linkage cables and the tranny links?

Just a thought , I had a simular problem with my 94, what happened was the throttle cable became frayed inside the cable housing which would cause it to not move properly, I changed it and it worked fine. just a thought

I did move the linkages on the injection pump to see if there was any resistance. It seems to move full travel with no problems. I also serviced the trans and filter just for fun. I will look at the accelerator cable and see if it is functioning properly. Thanks for all the help so far. Any other culperates anyone can think of? I'm just amazed how slow this truck is. Its making me think of going back to gas! This is my first diesel and seems to be more work and maintanence than it's worth. What could I sell it for? It is an extra cab too. I would love to keep it if I could get it running good and get rid of the vibration it has too. I replaced the rear u-joint and put new front ball joint and tires up front. No change
