need a good Doge mechanic in Vancouver, British Columbia

I'm looking for a good Dodge tech in Vancouver are of BC that will have a clue how to fix my tranny TCC issue on my 2003 2500 RAM 5.9 diesel. I've had everything except the PCM changed. The truck shifts up 1 thru 3rd just fine....when it tries to lock the Torque Convertor in 3rd and go into O/D it gets goofy...drops out of O/D and the TCC rapidly engages and disengages constantly, every second or so...if it holds long enough to go into O/D it will only hold for a couple of seconds and then drop back into 3rd with the TCC cycling. If I turn O/D off, it just cycles on and off in 3rd.

The 5 star D/C dealer can't figure it out...had it into 2 different ones. It was in a top notch tranny shop for 3 weeks and all they can tell me is that the tranny is being commanded to shift this way. According to the dealership, all the sensors are rock solid...they should be, most of 'em have been replaced.

I need a good tech who can sort this out for me......anyone know of a good one in the greater Vancouver, BC area? Anyone want to weigh in on this, I can tell you what's been done so far.

Thanks for your help.
