Manual trans drain plug location

Where is my drain plug for my 6spd. There are two plates on the side, do I take them off, does it have a filter?

Bottom plug on the PTO plate.

Pull plates off and clean the magnet. RTV and reinstall.

Ginos does sell a filter for them.
