I just can't win - Flickering Lights Part 27
Is the voltage regulator built into the alternator?
I have no bad grounds.
When the lights are off, I am above 14 volts.
With the lights on, I hover around 14 exactly with small movements everytime the lights flicker.
The lights do not flicker at a stop.
When I start to go, they do it and it almost seems it goes in tune with the engine (I could be completely wrong)
I pulled the lightswitch and all terminals are clean and no signs of melting or burning.
I had a full load simulated on it with a Snap-On scanner and my alternator maxed out the voltmeter.
Please, tell me whats wrong!

Try to get the light to flicker. While they are unplug the alt. and see what type of response you get. If they get steady I would believe you have output issue`s with your alt.
