Help w/ Pos Trans Lines

This will be my 3rd trans leak in 3months. All problems have been with the trans cooler line that the temp sensor plugs into on the drivers side of trans.
Leak #1 3months ago ended up being cracked brass fitting between trans case and line.
Leak #2 6weeks ago though the cooler line was cracked but not sure anymore after looking at it tonight Put new line on and was working fine until today hadn't leaked a drop since.
Leak #3 Noticed today spot about a 2in puddle under truck. Leaking at transline fitting and brass fitting. Tried to tighten and just made it worse.

Are there any orings in the brass fitting that could of messed up? What am I doing wrong, this is getting old real quick. By the way fitting is the new version from dodge. Sorry for the long post just trying to give the history.

There isn't really much pressure in the cooler lines (pressure is a measure of restriction, and there isn't alot of restriction in there) , not enough to crack fittings.

I would say save yourself the future trouble , and rip all those steel lines out , and replace them with hydraulic hose , and JIC fittings like several forum members , including myself , have done.

There are some pictures in my gallery of my setup.

To me it sounds like the fittings have been overtightened from the get go.

I took it apart today and put teflon tape on the brass to trans case fitting and to the line to brass piece. It slowed it down but it is leaking between the trans line and trans line fitting not the brass piece.

I gave one of my friends an old line, he is going to take it to the hydraulic hose place where they take their hose for their gradeing equipment and have one made for me. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to mess with this line. Might go ahead and do the other one so I want have to worry about them.
