Call Don Thuren, I hear he can cure any case of DW. Search thuren fabrication for his number.

The death wobble could be from a lot of places or an accululation of worn parts. The simplest would be to check the tires. If you could borrow a spare from someone and use your spare on the front and see if DW happpens again. The bigger tires will loose their side wall streingth after a while or the accident you had could have damaged one or both of the tire sidewalls. Just my thoughts.

Get more Caster.

I think mine was right at 3.7 degrees when we did mine.

Not too may people put lift kits on to cure death wobble. Let us know how that works out for you.

the only reason i am looking at the lift kit option is so that i can get control arms that allow me to get enough caster to cure the death wobble does that make sence????

Maybe to some degree but you said it started after you crashed and rebuilt the front end. Something else is still wrong and over adjusting the alignment is a bandaid more then a fix.

I think what CamperAndy is saying is are you SURE the lower arms you put on were for a stock lift truck?

If they happened to be for a lifted truck, and thus longer, it would be hard to get enough Camber with a set of regular length uppers.

Another possible scenario is that the upper mounts moved somewhat.

One thing is for sure, they never should have let you out of the shop with that little of Caster.

You have a combination of issues , a badly engineered ft. end , that is almost over weight , stock .
Then you had an accident , lots of unknown possibilities ?
It would appear that you are making some assumptions , the length of the arms [ no answers yet ] and that " it doesent look like any of the mounts are bent or have moved " .
If you have a problem , it could be almost anything , till you find the cause , never assume , test & verify .
It sounds like you did not have the problem before the accident ?
So the problem was added to the truck ?
There are a lot of mods to the front end on these trucks , but it would be best to solve the problem 1st then do the mods .
There are also some alternate alignment spec.s floating around for these trucks , but I have not done yet , because I am still working on upgrading my truck .
I had a so called death wobble that started with no changes to truck , freeway speeds , going around a left curve in road , I changed the frt. shocks and it is mostly gone , but still unstable .

I had death wobble too. Solved by thuren trackbar, DSS and lukes links on all the steering linkage points and a good double steering damper.
Sounds like those control arms are not allowing full caster adjustment with your setup. The lift kit will help if it comes with control arms.
There is a pair of thuren prototypes like I have in the for sale section someplace. I highly recommend them. Theyre good from 3-5" lift.
Also highly recommend the thuren trackbar. 0-3" lift or 3-5" lift with relocation bracket.
Look me up if you need help with any of this stuff im local
