Help....Changing Springs

I cant get the ### lower control arm down. Is there a trick to this?
I removed the top of the sway bar bolt, the upper and lower shock bolt
and another bolt at the end of the upper control arm that had a pin through the middle. Any ideas on why it wont lower?

I see you have the nut off the ball joint. You have to separate the the joint from the spindel.

You're going to need a pickle fork to pop the ball joint out of the spindle. Make sure you have a jack under the control arm when you knock the ball joint out.

You can do that without ruining the rubber boot by striking the side of spindle with a large hammer. The white circular reflection below the numbers in your picture should work as an aiming spot.
