it has no heat, zero heat. I have flushed the radiator every thing is good with that, heater hoses going in and out of heater core are the same warm temp. When you turn the **** for heat i cand hear and se the arn wirjubg ti open and close the bypass door but i can't see the door. If it is the door how hard is it to change and were can i get one

 

Do you smell antifreeze?
I would think no matter what the direction the heat was set on, you would have some heat coming into the cab.

Usually when the heater core goes out, antifreeze will either come under the dash, or up on the windsheild.

 

Sounds like your blend door is stuck shut...some have wriggled it with pliers and got it unstuck and working.

 

no antifreeze smell, how dan i see the blend door with out taking heater core out, i cand see the little electrice motor that moves the dorr and it moves back and forth when i turn the heat on and off but temp doesn't change

 

How much is the motor turning ? It should turn about a half of a revolution from full close to full open. Also, there is a adaptor/connector between the motor and the shaft of the blend door that is prone to crack or break.
