Head Gasket Finally Went, advice please!

HID's post is good advice.
Something else to consider in the long term is having the head cryoed. This will relieve a lot of the stresses in the metal that lead to warpage in the long term.
I'd only consider the .010 over HG as the thickest. The Marine gasket will drop compression too far, and your bottom end performance and spoolup will suffer.
Proper head prep and machining, a good finish, a newer gasket and studs should setup you up fine in the long term unless you plan on over 650hp.
