Have blinkers, but no brake or tail lights...HELP

Howdy all, I have just recently discovered, thanks to the boys in blue, that I have no taillights, brake lights, license plate lights, or any of the instrument panel lights that are run off of the switch on the dash.

All fuses are okay, so here's the question. Could the panel switch on the drivers side that controls the instrument panel lights and all of those mentioned above be bad?

Any help is GREATLY appreciated, as I am at my wits end.

Thanks and Gig 'Em

Headlight switches are a known problem and control most of what you mentioned, however it does not control the brake lights.

You might recheck the female maxi fuses in the engine compartment. One of them controls brake lights, has nothing to do with the other lights though. I had on pop one me on the bottom side of the filament where you could not see it through casual inspection. Had to have it out and looking to see it busted. I had gone through new bulbs, brake pedal switch, the works before I started testing the power coming to it. Not expensive but definitely a PITA!

Good Luck.
