Fast idle and noise

Fast idle and noise
Hey guy's, today all of a sudden my truck started idleing at almost 1000RPM, well it will fluctuate between 950 and 1000 and a little rougher than normal and with a ticking noise mixed in. I still have all my power and acceleration is still really good. Thanks for any help. Mike
