Installed Commander and Quad Race box today and engine will not start. Had to use bypass to get engine running. Also engine check light is on. Found PCM codes P0069 P0113P P0193 P0192 P0237 P00236. With bypass in I took a ride down the road and every thing seems ok. But when I plug in Quad race box engine will spin over but will not start. Note all sensors working on Commander EGT, Boost, Fuel Pressure,Trans Temp, Engine Temp, Rail Pressure 2006 2500 2wd quadcab auto shortbed. Commander Xzillaraider Race and S&B Intake

 

From me just a guess.......Have you double checked the wiring? Even though the commander works OK maybe 1 wire is misplaced? If not then I would think you may have either the wrong box for your truck or a defective box. Fill out your signature so we can see what you have and call Quad first thing Monday am.

Friend bought a Quad ZXT box but just told them a 04. He had an 04.5 with different parameters and electronics therefore different box. Had to return wrong box and got new one within 1 week.

This is just my best guess here.

 

I looked over all the wiring and connectors and everything looks good I just think something is wrong with box. Engine runs fine with bypass in.
