Best advice I can give you is DON'T DRIVE THE TRUCK. Running the engine any will only make matters worse. Get the truck rollbacked to a shop, hopefully a good one. I am in Kentucky and have no idea of any good shops down there. Good luck. Jay

same thing happend to me i went to florida on my honeymoon and lost 2 injectors 600 miles from the house.
DO NOT DRIVE THE TRUCK AT ALL!!!!
i ended up losing my stock turbo because of the fuel in the oil. you can start it to pull it on a trailer but do not drive it

Other than air in your tires changing the oil and filter is about the cheapest thing you can do for your truck. In this case it tells a thousand words. By saving the oil into a pail you can run it through a filter/screen and see any bits and type of metal, especially any with part numbers on them. This is a common "first step" in determining the amount of damage in engines some costing may times more than what is in our trucks. I always change my own oil as it gives a picture of whats going on in there. Secondly I would never start an engine and let it run with no oil pressure indication. Oil pressure rising is very important. If there is no metal in the oil drained from the sump and after changing the oil and filter you still have no oil pressure after start....... shut it down and investigate further.
Besides if you drop your own oil first, YOU know what comes out not what some (not so honest) shop may have added. Its not that I don't trust anyone but

For some reason these engines when full of 1 weight diesel instead of 30/50 oil will not generate enough pressure to activate the oil pressure sending unit. There is fluid circulating in the engine but it is so diluted that it does very little if any lubricating and therefore will not create enough oil pressure to activate the gauge. If some RPM is given the pressure will usually show but the question remains how much if any lubrication is there. Best bet, flatbed it to someone that can check it out and get it repaired prior to much if any driving. The 2 lost injectors on my 04.5 was why I traded in my truck on the 07 I now have. Just too many fuel problems on the 04 for me and I am on the road quite often.

I found out today when I took my truck to the dealer for a new remote that the motor had been replaced at 26,000 miles. When he pulled the warranty history for me it also showed two new injectors, number one and number 6. My guess is the P/O drove it with leaking injectors and motor wasn't getting enough lubrication? I would have a professional look at your truck if you are not sure.
