code 0112 and 0237
Was riding this weekend and started truck up and check engine light came on. While driving home, I realize no power, get home and unplug comp box and pull neg cables for 14 hours. THis morning, doesnt seem like it reset. Coming in to work the power was even worse with the comp box off. One code is for low voltage to map sensor and other is IAT sensor. I cleaned the IAT sensor about 3 weeks ago and the map sensor is 5 months old. Help. NEed truck on thurs for towing. Anyone have info?

My guess is maybe theres a leak in the tubing between turbo & intake , those codes say the voltage [ from ] sensors are low , not [ to ] sensors.
Maybe a hose clamp is lose and the boost is leaking past.

My egt's wont go past 700. It is not getting fuel. I have had a boost leak before, this doesnt sound like it. I barely has enough power to go 70mph. Revving up throught the gears it is very slow and the egt gauge shows it.

You were rite there when I posted from a coffee shop , then went to do errands.
I was looking for a reason for the sensors to be putting out a low voltage , then as a result allowing less fuel .
I just noticed that you have a fuel gauge and you didn't say anything about a low reading there , so it would seem that the fuel shortage is from electrical control , computor not seeing damand for fuel , how about thodle posision sensor , have read alot about those being a problum and there is a prosedure for cleaning , I do not have details on that so you may want to do a search for TPS cleaning .

I am going to have my codes reset tonite. If that does work, I will plug my comp back in and see if that is the reason it throws a code. If it doesnt, then I have something else to look at. Will the TPS throw a code for the 0112 and 0237? I have read on here that someone else with same code had to replace the whole computer. If that is the case, can I buy a smarty and put that in place of the ecm? I am not sure if the smarty is a replacement ecm.

Now you've gone beyound what I've gotten into , I like the machanical stuff .
I haven't gotten into the aftermarket electrical .
If the tps has a problum it may or maynot though a code .
On resetting the codes , you only need to disconnect for 15 sec. , but then they started were you needed a scanner to clear , I do not remember when that started .

I'm in the same boat as you. same codes same symtoms. My son and I've have owned, driven and worked on, the 24v's for several years now, but this is a first time for this problem. keep us posted if you get yours fixed first, And I will do like wise.

OK, I don't like what I'm read, (bad ECM). The boy finelly got home with his smarty. If you clear the codes they come right back. If you down load the catcher program, the codes still come right back, BUT it runs fine. not looking good for the ECM.
