Clutch Hydraulic system

Re:Clutch Hydraulic system
I looked in my service manual and is says that it cannot be serviced or bled and must be replaced as a unit. Sounds like BS to me. Who would build a hydraulic system with no way to bleed it??

Re:Clutch Hydraulic system
Yes mine says the same thing but I bought the whole system brand new and the slave came apart on me when I was putting in my clutch. It came filled with fluid and all bled so, how did dodge bleed it if there is now way. I have been pumping the slave for about 2 hrs now and I am constantly getting bubbles out of the resevoir but i can't tell if i have it completely bled. It feels like I have just a slight mushy spot at the top of my pedal but at least my clutch actually disengages now. Anyone else have any ideas??

I have bled slave cly. by having someone push the clutch pedal to the floor keep it there as you brake the line at the slave cly. fuild will come out retighten the fitting let up on pedal. You may have to do this afew times. Make sure you keep the master cly full of fuild.
