Angry check engine

200 miles into my trip today, pulling a load of cars check engine light came on and had about 2-3 seconds of dead pedal. At rest area roleed key 3 times and had 0622 code. Talked to service manager and he didn't have a clue. I move cars for this dealership and last year he was a salesman). Restarted and drove ok for awhile and then did same dead pedal again and also noticed at an idle voltmeter was low. Pulled into next rest area an ddid APPS reset and since I had a spare fuel foilter I changed that. Codes reset. Decided if I was going to get stranded closer to home would be better so I turned around. Truck would now just flash the check engine and W I F light for second but not stay on. 20 miles into my trip home the voltmeter dropped to nothing and my problem seemed to clear up. Drove home 200 miles with just daytime driving lights on, got home and truck started right up without any problem. Alternater? PCM? never set a pump code. HELP!!!

Take a look here: https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...n&onlynewfaq=1
Sounds like a possible loose connection. Those can be very difficult to find or sometimes real easy to find. It could also be the PCM beginning to give up the ghost too. I think Haulin in Dixie posted a way to wire in an external voltage regulator that works well. I would think somebody else would have some ideas too.
