Cant start after FASS install...

installed pump line directly to stock filter. Only problem I had was getting the new fuel connection at the tank to fit. Gave up and just used a hose clamp. I cycled the pump (it ran for about 20 seconds every time) probably 30 times and it wouldnt start. I then discovered the clamp wasnt tight enough at the tank connection and it was leaking. Really tightened up the sucker. I did disconnect the fuel line to the VP to move the filter during the install, so I knew I had to bleed air. I have my fuel pressure gauge line hooked up to the shrader on the VP, so I have kept the connection to the sender unit cracked to bleed air. I can get fuel out of the line, but the thing just wont start!! I have bumped the starter at least another 30 times! HELP.....ANYONE!

Yep, you'll need to crack the injectors to get things moving again, I had the same issues - once I solved my at-the-tank leak issues, I bled at the IP, then had to crack the accessible injectors to get it to fire...

Got the sucker going without cracking any injectors. My pressure is running a steady 18-19, solid 16 psi under throttle. Now I need to see what I did at the tank end, I just dont see how it could leak at the clamp I put on, I must have damaged something.

Don't mistake a leak for the fuel that spilled out of the old line...............

Fuel leaking

I installed a Fass Fuel Sytem and had the same leaking problem. It turned out to be the fuel return line was not the same as shown in the instructions, it was opposite, So what I thought was the old fuel line was actually the fuel return line. since it was disconnected it was dumping fuel on the ground.
