Blow off brass elbow

I am considering trading my 2002 2500 for a 2004. I have the deal almost worked out, and want to remove the edge comp prior to the trade. The problem is I can't find the original brass elbow for the turbo wastegate. Does anyone know if I can drill the elbow I have out and what size the hole would be in the elbow.

Can I run it without the edge and the aftermarket elbow??

your talking about the elbow that allows you truck to produce more boost right,
by blocking the wastegate?

theres nothing wrong if you just leave elbow in

its probley better with those injectors if you left it in

Yep thats the one. I took out the edge comp and after a trip to the kids school to make sure it would run ok, I took it to the dealer as is.

My wife said she wanted me to promise to leave this truck alone for a while....I told her I just wanted to yank the silencer ring for now....
