Been having problems with the truck for over a week now. When you start the truck up the AD pump will run for about a minute and then blows the fuse on the AD wiring harness.

I desperately need to get this truck back running and i'm out of ideas. I'm over an hour away from home and staying with a friend for now.

My airdog just started doing this this morning. It keeps blowing the 20amp big fuse. The truck will start fine and run but the airdog doesnt come on at all. Put new fuse in and ran for a few seconds then blew. Need Help. thanks

Where do you guys have your power and ground ? Battery ? If so i would move it to the alternator. Check for corrosion on both and ensure your ground is good.

 

Got a new pump from AirDog under warrenty. Great service and customer support. Turns out it was a bad motor on the pump.
