Sometimes it is best to let someone who knows what he is doing, have a job. The mistakes you can make, can cost you far more than cost of having a knowledgeable proefessional perform needed repairs. JMHO and reading you progress so far.

I took the whole engine apart today. Dieseldemon, mentioned the plugged piston cooling nozzle "which will score a piston and pressurize the crankcase" turns out I am missing a piston cooling nozzle entirely and I have 1 broken off not sure if I did this taking the pistons off or not, can't find any pieces anywhere. Would missing/having a broken piston cooling nozzle cause the crank case to build up pressure without scoring the cylinder head or does the scored cylinder head cause the crank case to build up pressure in this scenario? beacuase the cylinder heads don't look too bad.

Found 1 piston cooling nozzle in the Oil Pan, which means I didn't break it off. Still can't seem to find out what happend to the other nozzel. Now I am really interested in scenarios, Did these get assembled wrong? Did someone screw up doing some engine work in the past? I noticed a rather large chunk of white gasket in the oil pan too probably 1/2 cm by 2 cm, any ideas on where that came from? Did something else cause these piston cooling nozzles to break off? If so what else should I check up stream? Would not having these nozzels in cylinders 5 and 6 cause blow-by problems alone? my blow-by is located at the opposite end of the motor. The engine doesn't look too bad, cylinders 1 and 6 created a ridge in the cylinder at the top of the stroke which made it difficult to get the cylnders out and cylinder 6 created about a 1 inch long grove at the top of the stroke that can probably be honed out other than that everything else looks pretty good.

Ok, it has been a while, the engine is still in pieces, we plan to reassemble tomorrow. Took the head in and it was shot, I was burning anitfreeze in cylinder 1 and 6. None of the valves were in decent shape either, so bought a new head for $930. We pop tested the injectors and some went at 2500 psi while others 4000 psi, one dribbled all the time, so go them rebuilt for $300. Cleaned the piston heads really good and got new rings. New gasket set and head bolts. I even took the alternator in to get rewound. Any ideas on where to get all the torque values from?

The engine is running again, I'll let everyone know if the leak was fixed or not.
