Red face

I had FCA changed last year. A buddy told me to unplug it and try to start. I did and still nothing . I assume its pressure relief valve and/or hi flow return..

Pressure relief valve usually won't prevent it from starting???

looks like it is high flow return issue, i gave it a shot of either and it started up with about half pedal. it has started on its own three times since that. I am told that could be a cracked injector or maybe the fuel rail pressure valve. Any more ideas before i swap my stock injectors back in? These are 70hp from JL Machine and they really woke it up. I may put these tips on my stock injector bodies if I end up swapping them back. I have about 5000 miles on these and I had them tested at Diesel Injection Service in Grand Rapids Michigan before JL modified new tips and installed them on these bodies.

It could be high pressure fuel tubes leaking. Try retorqing to 37 ft lbs first before condeming injectors.
