Yes you need to check for voltage with the wire hooked up. When you turn the key on the small black wire will show 12v. That 12v is what you need to see on the wire to tell if you have a good connection. I am not sure exactly how the comp manipulates the signal for the extra fuel. Let us know how the pressure test works out. If you don't see a difference with the comp after you check that connection I would call Edge and see what they say.

reconnect the grey pump wire to the injector pump, turn the key to the On only position, take a voltmeter and ground the negative wire on the meter, then stick the positive on the grey pump wire, make sure you get through the plastic coating on the wire, with the key in the on position, your voltmeter should read twelve volts, if it does not, you have a bad connection or you have the wrong wire piecred

Ok here is some more findings, In a hurried attempt to beat sunset i fashioned an adapter to pressure check intercooler, boots.

Found one small pin ***** leak on the boot by the oil filter, shurely this would not couse it to top out at 23psi. there is more air comeing out of the elbow bleed that was comeing out of that boot.

Now i did not get to see what was on the gauge in the cab as i was leaking alot threw the valves. SO i plugged the intake and pressured up again, still could not find any more leaks. I was holding my finger on the elbow bleed and had wifey searching for leaks.

I could not see the wastegate in my position but could not hear any air or soap bubbles forming.

I only had one code and it was p0237 and it has not come back. could it be the map sensor? i cleaned it about a month ago and it was clean as a whistle, also the iat.

the air gauge on the adapter was actually to big 0-120 , but i could only get about 20 in before it popped off the turbo. I know i need more than that couse i can hit 23 on the in cab.

Will try and get volts at the map , but as ya'll know it is a tight spot to get at.
