I seen this on anouther site a couple weeks ago. They said the thing is hydralicaly driven. It uses the truck tires to power the pump and there is a controler in the cab of the truck to operate it. If thats the case I dont know why they dont have it setup so that the truck is in a forward gear to run the pump. The only reason that comes to mind is so that you dont overspeed the pump if your not smart enough to lock it down in first gear.

2 different brake cables seperated by rear wheel and an open diff. Just like a bulldozer or southern dune buggy.
