The guy's that are really giggling over the price of oil are the ones that have wells in north america. Think about it... The company that has the well in texas or alberta is still getting the huge money a barrel of oil brings without the overhead or the cost associated with tanking it across. And you can be sure they are grinnng all the way to the bank all the time shrugging their shoulders saying "the cost is market driven"
