205K on the my 98. The 89 gasser D350 just turned 32000. You should have seen the look on the dealers face when I asked him (Joking) if I could get it in before the 36000 mile warrenty went out.

Well it is a 2001... KBB values don't vary much after a certain mileage.

Never indicated I'd pay $8k for it, just that he's at a good starting price. It wouldn't be bad for $6k cash. If it's road miles (how could it not be), there's still a lot of life left in this truck.

we did business with a man back in beaumont,tx. he had a 1st gen with 689k and that was back in 1997. he also has a 2nd gen, i believe a '96 now w/ just over 600k on it. does a lot of trips from bmt out to elpaso, and south texas. off the subject, my neighbor had a 2000 f250 w/ 7.3 6spd. he had 296000 by the end of 2003. only pulling light loads(open lowboy w/ stock car) from east tx to pa every month amongst other east coast states. made it with the same clutch. just sold the truck to my little brother in 04, and he just changed the clutch out last month.

oh yeah. ,my 02 has only 97000 and some change, but i bought it in sept 03. it had 29 on it. take away 4 months in haiti, 14 months in iraq, 3 months in california, thats 68000 in 15-16 months. not bad in my opinion. no problems, and pedal to the floor smokin rice burners and officers

I had a '86 6.2 diesel that I had put 700,000 miles on it till a hired man wrecked it. But it was in sad shape by that time and only used around the place. I had a '94 ford 7.3 with a little over 385,000 miles on it and never had work done on it. Pulled a 30 ft stock trailer with it all the time. It had a six speed. I put those miles on it in just under 4 years. Way too much sittin time!! My '97 cummins had 170,000 on it and my '02 now has just shy of 150,000. I dont pull the '02 tho. I feel its just to unreliable !!

wow, I guess I'm in the low low boat............

I bought my '98 with 143,000....kms.......not miles. this summer. respectfully 160,000kms on her now.

I know a guy who I've personally seen his '97 F-350 7.3 is just knocking on 700,000kms now. hardworking truck, only a few injectors and maintenance items.
