The point is the manufacturers warranty has never covered problems caused by out of spec fuel. If you put bad fuel in it is the fuel supplier you need to deal with. If you put the wrong thing in the tank it is your problem, if that caused a failure.
Biodiesel is ASTM spec'd and EPA approved, has been well tested and works with no modifications to your vehicle. SVO (straight vegetable oil) isn't any of these. It is experimental and is likely to leave deposits that will shorten engine life.
