What oil filter do you use?

I am currently running the Hastings LF608 which is identical to the Baldwin BT7349. I always ran Napa Gold/Wix 7620 or 7620XE before I decided to try the Hastings. Just by visual analysis, the LF608 appears to have better filtration than the regular 7620.

Amsoil plus a Magnetic "Filtermag"(RA 365,600lbs of pull )on the oil filter plus one on the Amsoil bypass.Tranny has a external filter kit and runs a Baldwin BT 839 with another 365Filtermag,excessive but peace of mind.---fuel system will be similar DW

I've ranged around from Donaldson (the best) to my now usual choice of BALDWIN. The same injector shop carries this, the FF7977 and Stanadyne. Every oil change gets these plus new air filter and T-6 (about 2-3X yearly).

I use the Donaldson ELF 7349 and the Amsoil BMK 21 bypass.
Prior to installing the bypass, I used several of the Fleetguard Venturi Combo lube filters - LF9028 on the company vehicles as well as my own. Prior to doing so, I corresponded with a Fleetguard representative over the phone and via e-mail. I was informed that it was created for Kubota applications and the Chrysler spec. calls for a full flow element and not a combo style filter, however; the LF9028 could be used on the Cummins 5.9.

It filters the oil much finer than a full flow. If you look at the Amsoil/Donaldson filters, which have the best ratings, they filter out 98.7% of all particles 15um and larger. An Amsoil bypass, which gets about 10% of the oil at a time, filters out 98.7% of particles 2um and larger.
So you end up with much cleaner oil, and less engine wear from particulate in the oil.

Does it replace the factory filter system or operate in addition to it?? How does dodge feel about them in the event of a failure? I'm all for increased filtration and would add this in a heartbeat, but I don't want any issues with my warrenty.
