All of those trucks are pedigreed pulling trucks. More than likely, they are not street legal and if they are street legal they aren't fun to drive on the street. The reason they sound like that is because the pump and timing are turned up so far that all of the fuel is not being burned until the boost is brought up to a certain level. Thats why the lope starts going away as the turbo spools up...

What I want to know is what sense does it make to put a single stack out the hood on a truck that has the V block. Do you think that he ran a pipe from one manifold under the motor to the other side into a Y pipe then out or might he have a 6 cyl under the hood..........

that is a good question, i would like to know the answer to that as well.... i mean i can see how it brings less back pressure but why not 2 stacks?

I don't understand , Are these trucks running a single turbo or does the hot side from one go to the hot side of the other then out. I have never looked under the hood of one of those .......... newer Fords.

The 7.3L PSD's are single turbo. Both manifolds dump into one turbo. From there you have a single exhaust out...

The 6.0 is a single also, both the 7.3 and the 6.0 dump the factory exhaust off the passenger side.
