That could be the case. Back when I had my 99 7.3 from July 04-April 06 I would run into many other Ford owners. Surprisingly a lot of the 6.0 owners had previously owned 7.3's and said they wouldn't have minded having their old trucks back. They were obviously upset with the issues that came with the 6.0. But that was back when most of the 6.0's on the road were 03/04, I think the 05+ trucks have a lot less issues - but I have still read posts here and there of head gasket failures on newer UNchipped trucks. That's too bad.

I should probably knock on wood, i'm still pushing 55 psi on my stock bolts! Studs coming in a couple weeks.
