Torque-Wrench ?

Who makes an affordable inch-pound wrench? I cant find one at any hardware store around me and Im getting set to do a sping swap so ill need one.

I've always used Craftsman, under $100 IIRC. Plus there are Sears stores in every major city if I need a replacement.

I have a Craftsman, paid around $70 for it less than a month ago, goes from 20# to 150# by 1# increments. They also have one that goes to 250# but by 2# increments. Here is a search at Sears.
