Delvac 1 is my choice of group 4 synthetics, however if I chose to be a little more cost effective about it, I would use Petro Canada duron 5w40. It's a group 3 synthetic, however just about the best one out there, and at a good price. PC Duron repeatedly has great oil analysis reports.
The cost of d1 doesn't really bother me, as I've got an amsoil dual remote bypass kit with billet adapter and mount from CPFF, sitting here waiting to be installed. I'l be CONSERVATIVELY changing my full flow filters at 10k, and bypass at 20k. Probably change the oil at 40k or 1 year at most. I'm excited to see how d1 holds up over the extended drains with the bypass system. Most people that do extended drains seem to use amsoil.
