I agree but I read on the news just the other day a guy had to remove his electric fence because thieves could hurt themselves on it. ***?!!
He had installed the fence around his shed because it had been broken into several times.
I just can't grasp the way the law works these days. The criminal has more rights than the victim, very sad!

The other morning someone sucked a few gallons out of my ol' ford 6.9! I laughed cause it's about 80% used motor oil! Got a locking cap for the front tank, never use the back tank , I should fill the rear tank with water for them to steal! I'm in a real rural area to which suprized me.

I don't lock fuel tanks any more either. A friend of mine had his locked and the thieves just pulled the tank bung on the bottom out and drained it into a jerry can. 500 gallons on the ground, maybe 10 gallons in their truck.

Locked means you are asking for them to wreck something and you lose fuel. Unlocked means you just lose the fuel.

Its not just the criminals anymore. Look at all the people who do the responsible thing like go to work at an honest job, pay their bills, etc. Then look at all the legislation and loopholes that protect and even reward those who dont have a job, dont pay their bills all the while crying "poor them".

The lazy people in America have more rights and privliges than we do...and that does include theives...lazy.

And we wonder why crime and corruption runs rampant in society today. If you commit a crime your more than likley going to get off with a little slap on the wrist, even after youve been to jail 15 times. There is no incentive not to be a crook. A $.35 bullet would make theives and career criminals think twice about making a life of crime, and if they did, well...afterwards they wouldnt been doing it. So help me if I ever catch someone in my house or on my property in the act of robbing me ill make darn sure they wont ever get the chance to do it again...

Come to Texas and steal something from a person's house or property--we'll introduce you to something called the "Castle Law".

"Castle Law"= you have the right to protect what is yours and on your property with deadly force???

sounds good to me! can alberta seperate and join texas hmmm maybe not!

here in canada the deal is they have to enter your house. shoot them inside the door your ok , shoot them out side hmmm manslaughter

thats where my akita comes into play. if i dont catch them in the yard he will get them down the street...fence is only 4 feet high dog jumps 4 feet easy to get in the dodges. i keep some of his food in both trucks so he watches them. and i dont think i would rush to call my dog off

No one locks anything in Wyoming - that's why we let the dogs sleep in the truck or on the flatbed!

I put a 1/4" skid plate under my fuel tanks that wraps around the outside of them.
