By the letter of the law most of us (myself included after tomorrow) have trucks that are illegal to operate. And I believe that unless something changes, those laws will be enforced. Not sure what we will all do then, but it is a time that may come.

Stacks were born here and so was I . I know plenty of people with stacks and I'll have some shortly. Charles town? That has to be up north. Take it some where else that does inspections.

Technically all of the power mods and turbo swaps we all do fall under the same law.
Last I heard federal law overrides state and local laws.
so.... if this law is enforced now can i have one of your aftermarket turbos???

Theyve been turning there heads, but when they turn around, your busted, its the law, all you can do is take it. Not fair, but it is the "law".
Because they all say "OFF ROAD USE ONLY". Pay to play. Ive been striaght piped for awhile but when i finally get pulled over for it then ill put a quieter system on. They really dont like repeat offenders
