Spinner II , as fuel filter ?
Anyone looked into this , I would think it should work , but with 12v or after market systems because the pressure drives it .
Sub micron , no filter , low if any pressure drop ?

I think it wouldn't since it was designed for oil contaminents. Diesel fuel filters are designed to remove water in addition to contaminents. I would contact them to make sure.

I knew it took pressure to run it , and that is similar pressures with the 12v , I have not seen any data on the flow rate , but that sounds like it could be an issue , any idea on what the Spinner requires ?
I just thought is would be handy if it would do the job , about 1/3 the size of my Amsoil dual by pass & no filters to buy .

I don't know what the flow rate is. But the Spinner II works on an open system. Pressure on the inlet side and then dumping into the sump on the outlet. With the fuel system you are using closed system, pressure on both sides. With that I don't think you could get it to spin up to a proper speed.
