Someone in FL better get this 2000 cummins

I was looking in the local ads and this truck was posted, I got all excited because It's the best deal i've seen. Just to find out it's in FL and they posted it in the wrong section... Anyway, it's a great deal, someone better pick it up, 5spd, 4x4, 24v, dually...

First off, for $6900, something has got to be wrong with it.
Secondly, he states its a 5spd, but in the description it says AT
It also says its a 4x4, not the case, unless he did a 2" drop in the front

Reminds me of another truck I saw on Ebay a few weeks ago. Its was a 00 as well. 169K on the clock and a buy it now price of under 5k delivered to your door. I ran the vin on it and there was a tiny milaege discrepancy of about 220k

Nothing surprises me anymore

I just sent him an e-mail asking questions about the truck. I have a friend that would be interested if it is what he says. I agree, it does not look like a 4x4.

Asked about the 5th gear nut, VP44, LP, interior, rear ratio, etc.

I just did a quick search on www.traderonline.com for 95 thru 97 Dodge 2500
4x4 and got 81 hits nationwide. Tried it 95 to 98 (12V) period and got 181 hits nationwide. There was one in the northwest, green in color 5speed 2500
extended cab 4x4 in Idaho. Price seemed high but its a Cummins.

Go to the link, look under the works AUTO EXTRA you'll see Auto Trader, click on that link and proceed with the search.

RE: TRANSFER OF $126,000.000.00 USD (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX MILLION
DOLLAR)

Dear Friend Horse Farm,

Do not be perplexed with this note. It's all about soliciting your attention
to transfer the sum of {$126Million USD }, We will start the first transfer
with twenty six million [26,000,000.00] upon successful transaction without
any disappoint from your side, we shall re-apply for the payment of the
remaining amount to your account.

As an Auditor General (AG), an equivalent of American Certified Public
Accountant {C.P.A} and a personal account officer to the Deceased, I believe
that we can do this business without any hitches, if only you will be
trusted and then follow simple instructions for a smooth success of
this business.

We have a solid master plan/arrangements on how best to actualize this
objective. So, we are not trying to experiment with a transaction of this
nature and magnitude, for such an opportunity will not/never ever come my
way again in my lifetime.

Our fears now is if this money will be safe in your hand/custody pending my
physical arrival in your country for sharing and investments. You can
provide either an existing bank account or set up a new Bank a/c immediately
to receive this money. Even an empty a/c without any money in
it can serve to receive this money, as long as you will remain honest to me
till the end of this important business, trusting in you and believing in
God that you will never let me down either now or in future.

If we agree and never to disagree, you will stand to get 30%, 5% for the
Orphanage, Poor/Less Privileged, 5% for local and International expenses
incurred by both parties on the course of transfer, while the balance of 60%
will be for me.

Note: The deceased died without oral or written "WILL" and without any
"HEIR". The deceased is a foreigner and because he is a foreigner, this fund
cannot be released to an indigenous bank a/c here, IT MUST BE A FOREIGNER
WITH A VALID INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT. So it is based on this
that you are contacted.

This one is a scam, I wrote to him and he said it was priced right and that would include shipping to my door. Right! Looks like he stole the write up and picture from the ebay ad and posted it on the other board.

The ad has been removed from the original link.

Also, the truck on ebay has 5 offers on it and it's likey a scam the way it's written. Superlatives and over-the-top promises as well as that bogus "prohibited bidder list" make it all the more real that it's a scam.

This guy is pretty sure of himself, huh?

This is a "For Sale" ad just like the Trader or the newspaper. I expect I will sell this truck to the first person I talk to about it and the best way to contact me is by email at:

OFFERS: If you send me crazy offers I will promptly put you on my blocked bidder list. I may have a car someday that you actually want, so excercise some common sense.

Yes---that's the stuff I was talking about. How about the person walking by while he was taking pictures of it...why didn't they buy it?
