I have a 1993 Dodge Ramcharger with a 360 in it. The engine and the tran. have a few issues but overall one nice truck.

Iam thinking about putting a 5.9 Cummins it to this truck. Has anyone done this change over? What issues might I run into? What major upgrades are needed for the electrical/structural? Is there any benifit to finding a cummins from a simmilar year or can I go with what I have? Any other information you think I may need.

There have been a few threads over in the "conversion" forum. A search will provide pretty much all the information you need. I personally love the idea, and vote to go for it especially if you have a Cummins kicking around. Here are two recent ones:
