Saw a CTD 1ton Chassis RV - Whos it made by?
What a sweet sight, CTD 1 ton chassis with a RV conversion, saw it as I was leaving the parking lot, no brand name on it. Anyone know off hand?
Appears to be a 94-98? I forget which years had the metal tow mirrors.
Thought it was pretty cool! Just had to take a pic, to bad it wasn't for sale, that and a 18' enclosed trailer for toys, now that would be sweet.

Scotty made some RVs using the Dodge CTD chassis. I think they were discontinued several years ago, but you can sometimes find used ones on the 'net. If I were looking for a motor home I'd be searching for a nice one.

Last year some of the guys at the Waco meet killed the KDP on one of the older 12v camper conversions. It was a sweet old camper.
FYI.........the old fart they done the work for never showed up at another meet or posted a "thank you".

I was down in Mexico a couple of weeks ago and could've SWORN I saw a Dodge 3rd Gen with a 4500 on the door. I know it said 4500, I just can't remember 100% if it was a 3rd Gen or not. It was a chassis cab with a flatbed on it - looked pretty stout... I wish I could remember if it was a 3rd Gen or not - but it was late in the day and we'd been in this bar most of the afternoon, and...

The Dodge 4500 is a 3rd gen. There used to be Dodge 4000s for 2nd Gens. Here is a picture of a 4500. Looks the same as a 3500. Same idea as the F-450, only Dodge version.

Dodges are made in Mexico and make larger trucks than are available hee . D/C obviously would rather have customers buy a Freighliner F/L . They aren't smart enough to realize they lose a lot of customers to Ford . This includes expediters that would like a cab/chassis . Same thing happened when the Sprinter came out - no more Dodge full size vans.

I saw that camper rig in Las Cruces last sat, or one just like it.We were driving opposite directions and caught in traffic but I got a short look at it. It looked real nice driving down the road.
