Question with 5th gear nut ???
I've heard stories that at one point they did fix the 5th gear issue in the NV4500 from the factory ?

Any truth to this ?

I have not heard anything about a factory fix but if you want to get the facts on the problem google Quad 4X4 and read what Dan the gear man has there.

None of the factory fixes work long term. They're nothing more than bandaids.
