So, do you think I should replace my air filter yet?

I changed my oil today too. When I had my ball joints replaced at Midas 5 months ago they said, "Oh, we changed your oil for ya too and didn't charge ya." I replied, "Wow, that's an expensive oil change!" I asked him what he put in it...he said 10W-40. As I was draining the oil today I noticed that it smelled burnt. I've never smelled my oil burnt in the past, which leads me to wonder 1) if they ever DID change the oil or 2) if they used regular gasser engine oil instead of diesel engine oil. I'm thinking the latter of the two.

7014 smells really good. i like 6011 smell also but 6022 puts out green smoke when welding galvanized. used dc- about 160 amps and i smoke the other ironworkers i work with

Yeah, I do follow them, but they go so fast that their smoke is gone by the time I get to where they were.
