Performance Diesel Warehouse

Im having trouble getting ahold of them. I ordered parts last tuesday. I called all day friday and got no answer. I pm'd jetpiliot and got no response. and i've called several times today and it goes straight to the message machine. I've left a message and not been called back. My truck is down waiting on the parts, and It's my only mode of transportation so i need to know when the parts are going to arive. When I ordered they said they would send the parts right out. Anybody know how to get ahold of them?

sounds like you've tried everything...If Doug hasn't gotten back to you, I'd say it's because he's not around. I've heard good things about him, so I'm sure he'll get a hold of you when he can?

Give em time to get the stuff to you for crying out loud.....If you ordered Tuesday, likely stuff was shipped Wednesday then today would only be 4 business days for the shipping.

Shipping often takes longer than that unless you splurged for the 2nd day air....

I thinks he's just wanting to talk to someone to find out a tracking number so he can make some arrangements, in case the truck is going to be down longer than he anticipated. No harm in that. IMO..

I agree but I do not like to see guys bashing a vendor over stuff like this, especially if they haven't even spoke with them yet. It just comes off wrong and it is unfair to the vendor on so many levels.

I totally agree with you Lary, except I missed the bash on this particular matter. I think most of us know Doug is a great guy and will bend over backward for ya. He's also a "JetPilot" for his day job and can't be reached sometimes. I read the post as "anyone know a better way to get a hold of Doug" I've seen vendor bashing in the past, if this is a case of such, it's in a very mild form. Nothing Doug wouldn't understand. JMHO

I would think a company would make arangements to have someone field the calls if they were going to be out of the office for a few days. I don't think his post is in anyway bashing the company. I think he is actually being pretty calm considering he can't reach anybody, but they had time to send it through to his credit card company. Just my 2 cents

Guys sometimes the companies you are dealing with are 1 man operations.
This is the reason they can offer such good prices on their products.

I have bought items from Doug and him as PDW and both times the items were shipped in a prompt amount of time and they were as described.
I dont think you have anything to worry about.

Dougs probably busy landing a plane right now. But I am sure he will get back with you as soon as he sees this thread or reads your pm.

no bashing intended. I didn't know the circumstances with him being a pilot. (I thought jetpilot was refering to his truck being fast ) but I was just worried he may have over looked it. I had the upmost confidence in him being honest and trustworthy as hes a registered advertiser on this wonderful site. Actually he did me a favor on locating the arp headstuds cuz theyre on back order, he just didn't give me a total or when to anticipate them which I thought was odd. But he got back with me I was just anxious cuz my head just got back and I need the studs to put it together and it's my only vehical.

So I apoligze, i will definately continue to use pdw in the future.
