At least you got something out of her.
MY favorite was when dad had just got his current truck (ferd gasser). He pulls lots of farm wagons and stuff, so he always gets a P&H cushion bumper (wether he transfers it to the new truck, or the last one he got new). We were all loaded up in it going out to dinner, stopped at a red light and we feel a slight "nudge" from behind. Some lady in a car hit him from behind, hard enough to poke the hitch through her radiator! I think it might've scratched the bumper a little!

I've had problems with jerks throwing garbage in my bed lately.

I usaully try to park as far away from the store as possible with all the other trucks(surprisingly mostly CTD).Have yet to have anyone else put a scratch i my truck, all the scratches in the paint are from it beeing a work truck.

Exactly!! My wife used to yell at me cuz I usually take a tour of the parking lot! I park where no one will park, (but there is always one) in 2 spots. We recently got a new 05 SRT4, so I'm just as **** about parking with that car too. It has rubbed off on the wife. She now parks in the back as well. At school see found a parking spot that was 1 1/2 times a normal spot. She gets there early to get that spot!

Thanks
Molten Red Pearl Coat is the exact name. Loved it the moment I saw it. Timberline green is nice also, but is now discontinued.
So far every where I have been people are saying "Man what happened?" All I can say is, some jerk forced his door open on it and took off. What makes it soo bad now is that I have started to look around the base now for a white vehicle with my paint still on it. Hate to say it but I'd proably put my foot right square into his qtr panel if I did. I have a bottle of exact match touch up paint but it's way beyond touch up paint.

If you did find the car would it do anything to report them? My wifes neon when I was at work. We just started dating and she let me take her new car to work. It was maybe 3 months old. Some one hit it pulling into a spot. I found it reported it to the security, looked in the immediate area, found a car that had white paint on it, asked him to take the plate down. Then the other security gaurd said he could see us on camera, but had to get permission to look at the old tapes. after a bit, they say the car hit the wife's neon, showed me and the securtiy gaurd look around and us writing the plate number of the cr that hit me. The woman of course had no insurance, and since it was on company property, she lost her job as well!! If reporting them doesnt work, the foot in the 1/4 panel seems to fit.

A framing hammer in the 1/4 panel works too.

32oz ball peen works wonders too... and some high expanding spray insulation foam and brake fluid can come in handy too [foam for all the orifaces on the offending vehicle - exhaust, door handles, gas fill] and brake fluid for the paint job -and when put in waterballoons, can be projected from a distance without tresspassing on the offenders property if their home is found]

yeah, i am an evil sob... F me over, i will F you over 10x... better to stay on my goodside [only 3 currently on my bad side]

It would have to be beyond a doubt that it was done by that person, for the slipper wearing flash light carrying rent a cops to do anything. It's almost better to take matters into your own hands.

Oh man, that's funny! Brake fluid in balloons! The expanding spray foam is genious. Has someone been reading the anarchist's cookbook? Had a good laugh over that post, I will be stocking my tool box with the above mentioned items. Gonna label it my "You asked for it Kit. I once poured a bottle of fox gland lure in a guy's truck when I was in high school. Down the air vents below the windshield and on top of the dashboard, behind the windshield. The guy had peed in my fire dept bunker gear, so it was ON after that. That gland lure was some funk. Whew. Got some on my fingers.

OK, since we are telling stories:

Out for a night of dancing and whatever else might befall us I parked my truck in an alley behind the bar of our choice. Pretty pumped at that point as parking was hard to be had.
Anyway, later coming out to the truck saw some other guy had run into my rear bumper putting a big vee in the middle of it. The amazing thing was the car was still there, nearly glued to the back of my truck. A over-zealous participant in libation for sure...
It was a narrow alley and we had to park tight to a brick wall to keep it clear or get towed. I had to crawl under the two vehicles to do it, but I went over to the wall side and let ALL the air out of BOTH of his tires.
I figured when the bar closed that would be enough of a hassel for Mr/Miss Beer Goggle to make my point, without doing any permanent damage.

It never occured to me to make a claim on them. At that point in my youth and at that point in the night, I had other notions of how to spend an hour than hunting down idiots.
